Located in Penang, Malaysia, often hailed as the "Emerald of the Indian Ocean," IMR (Malaysia)'s new factory was built in 2020. Spanning 16,500 square meters, the facility is scientifically and rationally designed, with clearly defined functional zones including production workshops, storage areas, and office spaces. The spacious layout provides ample room for manufacturing activities.

The production workshop is equipped with over 50 molding machines, along with corresponding mold and inspection equipment. These machines incorporate internationally leading technologies and intelligent control systems, ensuring precise production details, stable product quality, and high energy efficiency. These advanced machines form tightly coordinated production lines within the expansive workshop, delivering high-quality plastic appearance parts daily with robust production capacity. This not only meets diverse customer and market demands but also showcases the factory’s strong manufacturing capabilities and technical expertise.

It is also on track to achieve ISO 13485 Medical Devices Quality Management System certification.
