IMR's various in-mold decorating (IMD) technologies have become widely used as the automotive industry continues to change, especially in the new energy vehicle market. This covers a number of procedures, including IMR, IML, INS, IME, ATS, and IMR/TJ. These technologies combine high-precision foil delivery systems, high-pressure molding, and various in-mold decoration techniques to produce visually appealing product components.
The majority of IMR's technology is used on interior automobile components, such as door panels, exterior trim, front and back emblems, and center console sections. When combined with IML procedures, single-color, dual-color, and multi-color molding is possible. The product finishes can include stone patterns, wood grain, leather texture, and electroplated semi-transparent effects. The surfaces are made to be UV and scratch resistant. Renowned companies from both home and abroad are among our clientele.
